Cancellation Policy

QUICK SERVICE BOOKING POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Because Face Artistry is mobile, please ensure the service area is accessible and ready upon arrival. Significant delays may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling. Travel fees, when applicable, are separate from the service price and will be communicated before your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
