Cancellation Policy

FACIAL SERVICE BOOKING POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve your facial appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 24 hours may result in a 50% service fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. For your safety, please complete all required consultation and intake information accurately and disclose any allergies, medications, recent procedures, active skin conditions, or changes to your skincare routine that may affect your treatment. Certain advanced treatments may require modifications or rescheduling if contraindications are present. Face Artistry reserves the right to adjust a treatment when necessary for the health and safety of your skin. For mobile appointments, please provide adequate space for the treatment bed and equipment, along with access to an electrical outlet and water when requested. Travel fees are separate from the service price when applicable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
