Cancellation Policy

LASH EXTENSION BOOKING POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve all lash appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours may result in a 50% service fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Foreign fills are not accepted. If you currently have extensions applied by another lash artist, please book a lash removal and a new full set. Fill appointments are intended for existing Face Artistry lash clients with enough extensions remaining to reasonably perform a fill. If excessive shedding has occurred, a full set may be required. Travel fees are separate from the service price when applicable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
